Welcome To Community Northwest

Community Northwest is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and the value of apartment communities.  We recruit, train and supervise on-site Community Teams to assist management in building community and serving residents. Upon completing a vigorous application process and extensive training, our Community Teams are fully prepared for the task at hand!

The Next Frontier in Apartment Marketing and Resident Retention

Few would associate strong community with apartment living. Yet forward-thinking owners and managers see tremendous potential in building a genuine community to attract and retain residents. The apartment industry has traditionally focused marketing and retention strategies around product features and services. Pools, fitness centers, 24-hour maintenance, high-speed internet and a host of other design and service amenities are indeed indispensable in today’s marketplace. Yet these amenities are expensive to deliver and fail to provide a sustainable competitive advantage.

That’s where we come in. Community Northwest focuses on developing relationships. Relationships are the anchors or “glue” that keep residents for the long term.

Community Northwest meets the real needs of apartment residents and management -- at a fraction of the cost to add additional staff. Each community supports Community Northwest through a monthly fee (currently $1 per unit; max $395) and by providing an apartment for the Community Team. Caring is not only the right thing to do but makes business sense as well.
